A lovely large house with 1 acre of grounds looking across the meadows towards Loddon Church. 5 mins walk to the shops (including Co-op, Butchers, Bank, Post office, Pharmacy), the library and 3 pubs. Well furnished and with all the facilities. Ideal for 4 or more people.

It was a lovely place just to get away from it all and hideaway from everything Lovely house and grounds, couldn't ask for more. Would 100% recommend it to anyone and have done already.
Mr E, DRIFFIELD, North Humberside

The house and grounds were excellent, big enough for our children to play cricket and football in. They would have been happy to spend all day everyday playing in the garden which was big enough for them to play hide and seek in, giving the grown-ups a good hour of peace and quiet! It was only a short and very pleasant walk to the equally pleasant town. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and friendly. The local beach was clean, sandy and perfect for families.
Mr Z, WIRRAL

A superb house and garden in a wonderful location, so peaceful yet just a short walk to the village, with a choice of three pubs and an excellent Indian restaurant.

We had a fantastic relaxing break at Moles Acre. The house is literally a home from home, the fixtures and fittings are of great quality and certainly added to the homely feel. We took Barney our Black Labrador who adored the garden. The test for me would be to ask if we would ever return and the answer is a resounding yes. Thankyou Bobby you made us feel really welcome, as did the people in the village a short stroll away - thanks again!
